Domestic United States Orders - Using U. S. Postal Service (USPS):

USPS rates are weight & location based and are automatically calculated online through your virtual shopping cart during checkout. Our Ship Rate Shopper Tool allows you to view shipping rates directly from any product or catalog page on our site. And as part of our Checkout Process, you will also be able to view USPS Ship Rates prior to completing your order.

UPS rates are based on weight, shipping address, and package dimensions which are automatically calculated online through your virtual shopping cart during checkout. And as part of our Checkout Process, you will also be able to view UPS Ship Rates prior to completing your order.

Restrictions:
UPS Ground and USPS Express Mail are not available to APO/FPO addresses.

International Orders (including Canada)

Each country's Customs Agency will inspect all imported parcels; delays in Customs can add 1-2 additional weeks to your delivery.

All international shipments (including Canada) are subject to customs and/or import fees. Any import duties and/or fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be levied upon entry into the destination country.  Check with your country's customs agency for specific information on duties, taxes, fees or restricted items.

All parcels sent to foreign destinations must list contents and prices. International Customs Law requires that we provide this information.  If you are sending this as a gift keep in mind that this information will be listed on outside of parcel.

Costs are based on one parcel. If shipment requires multiple parcels actual shipping costs will be charged. (Rolled Maps and Posters ship combined but separate from all other items.)

Taxes:
One of the benefits of shopping at All Things Arctic is that we are based out of tax free New Hampshire.  At this time there are no state or federal taxes added to any orders.  So enjoy shopping tax-free.
